Macaroni pasta with Roasted veggies in Homemade tomato & garlic sauce

For the Sauce:

2-3 Tomato
6-7 cloves of Garlic
black peppercorns(freshly grinded)
Red chili flakes
Salt to taste
1tea spoon sugar(optional)
1tea spoon refined/olive oil
little bit butter


Boil the tomatoes and peeled the skin and make puree(u can used tomato pure instead of fresh tomato)In a hot pan add oil and butter,so that the butter won’t burn,then bash the garlic cloves and saute till it becomes golden brown.After that add tomato puree,salt,black pepper,red chili flakes and mix it.after 2-3min add sugar.your sauce is ready for pasta.You can use this sauce later on by storing it.

For the Pasta:

vegetable according to your choice
homemade fresh tomato & garlic sauce
black peppercorns
chili flakes
salt to taste

Boil the pasta by adding little bit of salt.Meanwhile cut all the veggies and fry or roast them.After that in a pan add oil, pasta,veggies and the sauce (which u have already made earlier) and saute for 1-2 mins.before serving add chilli flacks,black pepper and oregano.
