Healthy Mango Milk shake


Mango milkshake is one of most popular and healthy drink during summers in India. It’s simply recharges your body. Very rarely you might come across a person who does not like mangoes. They are so sweet and juicy, no wonder they are called king of fruits.
RECIPE TYPE: beverages
PREPARATION TIME: 10-15min

 Ingredients:


(measuring cup used, 1 cup = 250 ml)

·         2 medium size mangoes(Alphonso preferable)
·         2 cups of  chilled milk(low fat cow milk or you can go for soya milk it make it more healthier)
·         2 teaspoon of sugar or any sugar substitute(optional)
·         1cube Grated white chocolate to garnish (optional)
·         Few mango pieces for garnish


Method:
  1. Wash the mangoes and peel them.
  2. Cut the mango into small pieces.
  3. Add the mango pieces into the blender along with milk.
  4. Add the sugar or sugar substitute (as per your taste and also considering the sweetness of mangoes.
  5. You can add ice cubes also .But I have used chilled milk.
  6. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  7. Pour the mango shake in a glass and add some mango piece in the shake.
  8. And garnish the shake with grated white chocolate and a piece of mango slice.
  9. Enjoy your healthy mango milkshake without any guilt.
