Chocolate Orange cake..Anniversary special

3 I was quite busy from past fortnight so could not blog for awhile.Today,I am back.Hope my readers are with me.I’m always scared to take long breaks because I don’t want to lose my few genuine readers. But due to lack of time I am helpless. 🙁  I know it’s really annoying because I keep on complaining about time limitation. But honestly I wish I had more time to dedicate to my blog, but it seems impossible right now.I need to confess few things with all my readers and this post is going to be long so grab yourself a cup of tea or coffee or juice.

I have been blogging for almost 2.5 years and in these past few years I’ve learned how to balance between my job, personal life and blog and already set my priorities. For me my carrier(i.e job) and personal life comes first then my hobbies and other things (like blog).I have learned how to utilize time. But some times priority changes depends upon my work schedule. Thus I need to reschedule everything for the time being.Blogging always makes me happy and it’s my hobby. I do blog for me for my own happiness.I never bothered about the number of blog post, traffic, page views etc.Because blogging doesn’t earns me bread and butter and I am quite happy with my job.I do blog to share my thoughts and journalize my family recipes.Despite of having very less number of readers still I do blog because I love to do.I’m very much passionate about my blog but at the same time I have other priorities too which I need to balance right now..Currently I am very much busy and loaded with lot of works and deadlines. And until January( starting week)things will be like this.

I don’t want to discuss much about my job profile or about my hectic life but till December I won’t be able to blog regularly that’s I am pretty much sure. From last few weeks I am sleeping for only 4-5 hrs.Waking up at 5 0’clock,going for driving, then cooking, after that office, work load, meetings, deadlines, again cooking( after coming back from office),then eating dinner and sleeping.Oh one good news which I forgot to share with you that we purchased a car on September end and that’s why I am practicing and polishing my driving skill from past few days so that I can drive my car as soon as possible.

After each hectic day, I was totally exhausted and literally struggling for some extra time. And finding time for blog seems impossible task now a days. Thus don’t want to stress my life more when my schedules are fully packed. So I don’t want to take much stress and decided to blog less for the coming months.
Now coming to the recipes…I made this cake for our Anniversary(18th Nov’16). Yes It’s been three years now since we got married. To be honest it does not feel that long.Anyway No matter how busy I am, every year I prepare cake for our Anniversary and this year I decided to try something new and experimented with the deadly combo chocolate and orange.Due to less time I decided to keep it very simple and made the simple orange cake. And then layered it with orange marmalade and my favorite chocolate ganche. So I am warping  the post and lets have a look at the recipe…
